About us
We were labeled “Rickebros” by our friends because we are brothers and we are making movies. For obvious reasons it stuck.
Since we started out making movies starring Playmobil figures or our hastily recruited friends a lot has happened. Lately we have moved up into the realm of professional filmmaking and turned our passion into our profession.
We develop and write our scripts together and also directing is a job between the two of us.
In 2000 we started exploring the possibilities of computer-generated imagery and digital moviemaking. This combination we found is full of possibilities to create extraordinary images and tell stories that would be impossible to realize on a tight budget.
By producing several award-winning shortfilms we have explored the possibilities and limitations of the new techniques. We also assembled a network of creative talent that enables us to bring our ideas to the screen.
